Dissolvable Dress: Let It Rain..

When scientists aren't working on curing world hunger/cancer/AIDS, they create dresses that will dissolve in water. The "fabric" is made from polyvinyl alcohol, which will partially dissolve into recyclable material when washed.
Basically it is a dress that you can wear as any other dress. But when washed or exposed to large amounts of water it will dissolve and disappear.
I wonder what will happen when it’s raining? You better have an extra dress in the car if you’re wearing it
