I visited TSC Hawalli about a week ago. I noticed they got their famous Alphonso mangoes from India. I think I heard that they got them a while ago, but was really shocked by the price; the kilo sells for KD2.995, and the box retails at a deadly 7.250 KD!
worth every penny!

LOL! No place for errors when the kilo is 3 kd! Well u should pick the ones which are a bit greenish, since they’re gona stay in ur fridge for a day or so until they turn yellow..
When mangos r yellow and slightly redish – they’re perfect!
Remember avoid the ones which are easily squeezed and never get ones that have black patches or whatever that dirty stuff is..
