Who's the best in Kuwait? 
There is rally(non-professional) tomorrow morning next to the old military base in Bnaider(south of Kuwait). The event is organized by Kuwait Cars Club and it starts in the morning. The actual race starts at noon and anyone can sign up. If you are interested just be there in the morning.
