My first baseball match ever as a total success. They say that it’s a boring long game, but I guess I was lucky. R.A Dickey (@RADickey43 made history when he threw consecutive one-hitters, a first in the majors since 1988 – I was there. The Mets won 5-0 and the game lasted 9 inning; so no extended play. )

I’m slightly familiar with baseball as I used to play it back in school, but I wouldn’t have understood what was going on hadn’t my new friend Manuel been kind enough to commentate throughout the match. Baseball is like a picnic, one with a performance before your eyes. Imagine having Shake shack amongst other burger stands, frankfurters grilled all around the stadium, fish and chips wherever you go, I simply fell in love with baseball. Not behind a TV set that is.
