According to engadget, the iPhone 4 will be available in the UK officially unlocked for £499 (16GB) or £599 (32GB) in the UK or €629 (16GB) and €739 (32GB) in France. White iPhones are still not available for pre-order. Pre-orders are limited to two per customer.

I’m not sure if they accept Aramex, but they will ship it if you have a normal address in the UK.
